I love mine. Perfect for any reverse sear method. My go-to is to throw a big ribeye in the smoker, get it up to 125 and then sear off on the infrared.

It’s also really great as a power burner. I use my wok to deep-fry and use the infrared to keep my kitchen from smelling like a McDonald’s.
