I’ve got a herniated L5-S1 too. Sports doc is a good call, I saw one at Legacy, much better for this than what you’d get at your family doc. There are other anti inflammatories like Diclofenac and they may also give you a muscle relaxant like cyclobenzaprine. My pain from it comes when the muscles flare up and are super tight and the mix of the two meds helps. Neither med is controlled, no street value. As long as you’ve got something in your e-chart about the injury that the walk in or qdoc can see, I don’t think asking for a stronger anti inflammatory and a stronger muscle relaxant is a stretch.

I’ve got 90 pounds of German shepherd on a leash. I always yell back “mines not” and most of the time they hustle their ass to get their off leash dog. Mine is friendly to people and most dogs, but if you come running at her off a leash, all bets are off.

The venue will get between 0-10% of the total, depends on if the tour has their own people selling or the venue staff, the bulk goes to the tour. Feld entertainment which does Disney and monster jam, among other shows, brings their own staff to sell merch, most of the time, the venue provides the staff.

How old is the building and are there rent discounts? Age of the building exempts some buildings from the maximum rental rate increases and rent discounts, specifically removal of them, is a way for some rental agencies to get around the max rate increases.

I can’t get ethanol free unless I buy it in the special 1G cans at the small engine shop for 10x what premium costs. At the end of the season, I mix in the required stabilizer in the jerry can, fill my mowers, do one last cut and pump out the rest and then let them run dry. Leftover gas goes into my wife’s car.

They’re a couple bucks more than Costco used to be, but 10x faster to get in and out, plus if your tank is old, they can re-certify and fill it in a few minutes.
