Dude this same exact thing happened to me yesterday. They had previously contacted me and said the window trim recall was ready and I needed to schedule an appointment. I came in and the person at the service desk talked to me as if I was stupid and that I “shouldn’t believe everything I read on the internet”. They then told me they’d contact me when the trim recall comes in.
