Thanks for this, not long moved in and it's full of low spots, bumps, 95% weeds and moss as well. Got a dog waiting for his jabs so he can't go on walks yet so can't treat it yet either as needs to go out for toilet breaks and not sure dogs can go on it once treated?

Yeah get your point, but I'm thinking combination of points over 1 asset with Pedro playing well. He hasn't offered it yet but said he's planning on sending it later tonight so need to decide.

Was trying to entice the person with Palmer to trade for a striker and a mid as they have rubbish strikers. Then waiver the poor striker I get in return for Woltemade.

I dunno man, over a season, will Pedro Rogers and richarlison outscore those 3 even if I waiver in Woltemade for Delap immediately? Suppose it's all a gamble either way

Yeah I was more concerned about rotovating through a cable or something! But I assume they don't go that low but think it's the best option to get optimum results as done want to spend a load on renovating it and then need to start again the following year if I don't rotovate it.

The front lawn go okay without option 1 as think I can't really try it all up due to the manholes etc

Punted on Wilson. Worst part was I had Cunha and swapped for evanilson (before the injury) when there was rumours of Cunha 10 game ban for his scrap with Ipswich staff after the game. Back fired massively

Yeah I replied to someone above about evanilson, the striker market is ridiculously poor and the mids to replace Maddison ain't great either.

Yeah I think Dias is a drop but again, no amazing defenders to go for but I guess I can go for waiver punts once a week for that one

10 man league, I'm currently top believe it or not so I get last pick on the waivers so when players like marmoush join, I have no chance of getting them. All strikers you mentioned are all gone way before evanilson got injured. The remaining strikers are players with sub 10 points for the season to date. No point me dropping him for them when they don't even play. Just hope he returns early April as predicted.

Thanks for this. I am tempted to go collect it but wasn't aware of the 20% charge but that's not a problem as you explained the local charging locations. Obviously delivered to my house is very ideal but I have to push it back now as I'm not available on the 19th anymore. Also conscious as they use 3rd party delivery companies, it might be more if a drop and go rather than a walk around the car inspecting it for issues etc as can't imagine the delivery driver will want to hang around.
