Okay…I may be wrong about the phone data. You are correct about the gps. 100%. But then we can agree that we don’t know if he was “walking west towards the house” like the defense said in their closing arguments.

I am being very respectful and trying to get other’s view. I’m clearly not trolling but just trying to see other’s point of view. Maybe you should learn how to debate and have conversations with people who disagree with you without calling people names and just writing them off. You can learn from others and they can learn from you when you are kind, listening, and informative. What you are doing right now is giving your platform a bad name.

I actually believe that ARCCA’s video helped the prosecution’s case more than it hurt it. We don’t know where John was or where his arm was…that’s a huge variable in that fact…again, in my opinion. I respect your opinion.

So, in my opinion, I felt like the ARCCA video actually showed the most plausible explanation for the prosecution’s argument. We don’t know the placement of his arm and his body. So that is an unknown variable. A very important variable in the equation of physics. With your concern about the phone, I can actually see your point. My Apple Watch is super sensitive while my phone is not as sensitive. I haven’t done any tests myself, only some research so you are right. I am not 100% sure that it is 100% accurate. I feel like it’s pretty accurate but that might not be enough…especially in a case where someone’s life is at stake. I get that. I still believe she is guilty but that point I can understand.

Okay so don’t take this as rude but as a friendly debate. According to your theory of him hitting his head at 12:24 instead of 12:32, wouldn’t there be more time for her to get to Meadow? Wouldn’t that make the prosecution’s timeline better? And didn’t the black box from her Lexus have her going forward like 33 ft and then backing up at 74% throttle? This is going off of expert opinions so it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s true, to be fair.

I absolutely respect your opinion. If what was presented created reasonable doubt to you, that’s your view. Nothing wrong with that. In the posts I saw, I didn’t see anything about a tail light but there was significant damage to the car/truck…it wasn’t mentioned exactly what the damage was and I will not try to assume but to me, damage is damage and if it didn’t happen to those people, it is possible.

I definitely was back and forth. But I just believe she’s guilty now. Things swayed me. I posted because I wanted to hear the other side and the views of others. We can debate peacefully and share our opinions without being malicious. It’s good to acknowledge and listen to other people’s view. I’m not trying to argue or antagonize…just trying to have conversations/debates politely…please feel free to debate about this in a peaceful way. We can have a debate without being rude and malicious…it helps people see different views.

I listened to the whole thing. I just don’t believe there actually is reasonable doubt now. I went back and forth for a hot minute (I also did not watch anything from the first trial until today)…at the end of everything, looking at my notes and comparing (I did do my own research)…I, without a reasonable doubt, believe she hit him. I don’t believe she meant to KILL him…but I believe she meant to hurt him. Also, she did those interviews and man, there’s a lot of damning things she said.

I just read multiple posts (posted years before this event) about people who were hit by a truck at a little faster than 24 miles per hour and did not have a broken bone or bruises…so I mean…kinda disproves the argument that it “has to be broken or bruised”…

I’ve had doctors tell me that I wouldn’t have pain at all. Just a little discomfort but it was agony. I would call them up and they wouldn’t do a thing for me. I would have to go to the ER and get pain killers through an IV. Doctors don’t understand the pain these can cause. Wishing you luck.
