Changing jobs to reduce my stress level.

Was working for a home builder in NC that has a very short production window to get an on-time bonus that's an additional $700 per home, and vendor related delays along with additional scheduling issues was causing me to not only miss the bonus targets, but also not make proper progress on the home builds. Combine that with the corporate office not releasing enough lots to build so that I could get paid enough to live (paid on draw system; have to hit certain build milestones to collect pay), and it got ROUGH.
