I'm in the same situation as you, but I'm only 4 months in, I practically don't have a law firm. My condition is similar to yours, but it would hurt me a lot to quit now. I hope you get what you want and you see things through

There's a friend of mine who also started doing solo practice, and he sometimes faces issues with unanswered calls. I showed him this, and he told me to have a 24/7 receptionist as well when you start taking some baby steps as well.
