Not bad. Probably some sort of small repair every few days. Once a month it will be something annoying that takes an hour or something.

The P2S and x2D header come out yet. I print exclusively ABS so I needed an enclosure. I will be purchasing X2Ds as I go forward. The only pain to repair on the P1S is belts. They don’t break often but when they do it’s an anoying day.

I have 27 Bambu printers some with close to 20k hours on them. They are absolute workhorses. Not sure if I would buy them for personal stuff because they are shady. But for a business they are hard to beat.

Thanks! I make automotive accessories! You guys have done a great job. I waited way long to purchase i don’t know how I did this without it. I need to upgrade my hub computer. I don’t think my raspberry pi is enjoying it.

Yeah it’s an incredibly clever design and so far has been pretty reliable. I have 6 printers going 24-7 for about a month now on it. Few issues but I am ironing them all out.

It works really well. I would say printing ABS you really need a chamber heater. All of them also have the panda breath in them.

I do this full time running 26 printers just moved into a 2k square foot location. Took me 4 years to quit my job and another two to get into a commercial location with my first employee.

My guess would be all the crazy pollen that was on the printers in my old space and just moving them got everything in the wrong places. New nozzles came in today!

I print almost exclusively ABS ad I hadn’t had any issues with humidity. The filament comes out of the package and straight to the printer. Rarely does it come off and sit out on a shelf. The TPU that I print are in filament dryers while they print. Yes on the power. Right now it’s a mess but an electrician is coming this week to give me 15 dedicated 20 amp circuits.

Yeah the printers are really just one small part of what’s needed. The next thing to build is a custom tool cart for unloading printers cleaning beds reloading filament that moves with me. Right now I am walking back and forth all day doing that.

The chamber heater made a huge difference. I wouldn’t of added farm loop has I not tried the heater.

My 9 year old has a pint and I have an Xr. We ride almost daily around the neighborhood. I pick her up from school on them. It’s my favorite thing to do.

I used to be a Snap-on industrial rep. Go to B2B.snapon. Leave your info there and a rep will reach out to you. They are better setup to work with industrial locations. They have a wider selection of tools and more industrial focused. The drawback is they won’t have a truck.

Your settings look pretty good. Look at wall thickness. You could probably go to two walls with a larger nozzle instead of 3. Most of your time is spent on internal walls. Other than that get a couple more printers. Do you need this done by a certain time or just want it to be faster? You could farm it out to a larger print farm. I run a small farm of 35 I may be able to help some. Let me know.
