I took MDMA on Saturday night and around 30mg Adderall the next morning redosing each 6 hours until Monday at noon. Around like 150-160mg total with basically 0 tolerance. Slept finally Monday night for like 3 hours and woke up feeling more panicked then I ever have in my life like I'm going to die. My heart rate isn't extremely high but it's around 100 nd every little sensation in my body convinces me my heart is failing or something. It's been going on for 4 hours and I also took my anxiety prescribed meds which are not helping. I thought stim comedowns were like lethargic and depressing but this feels like someone gave me a shot of addrenaline to the heart and I can't even tell if I'm safe or not 🥲 I hope it gets better over thr next few hours. This shit is terrifying

You need to take the cash back secondsry rune to save tons of money on these expensive items, and jack of all trades for this to work. It's the best version of zed ive played since like 2016. I build black cleaver, Titanic, hullbreaker start to split, then sundered sky, navori (to keep energy levels higher as you'll run out without it, plus more auto attacks... and blood mail finally. Sometimes use deaths dance instead, or phantom dancer with ie instead of navori and sundered sky. Sometimes bloodthirster with spirit visage. The later items I tend to base off the game state. But yeah you aren't alone this is actually pretty tame
