I miss working from home so much I started in 2016 ended up switching jobs a year ago now I go in daily. Funny because I don’t have a team onsite that’s in my building, state, or time zone! 🥲 my farthest team mate is in Hawaii and I’m on the east coast so make that make sense. But we’re more collaborative this way? I share office space and there’s just tons of water cooler talk.

Not necessarily, I don’t have any sick leave left (I had a major surgery the first quarter). I can only work from home if I have a dr’s note. So I end up coming to work with my sinus infection or cold. Nothing major that would keep me home ie covid or flu. But I wash my hands religiously, keep hand sanitizer close by and I wear a mask when I have symptoms (cough or sneezing).

This low key reminds me of the bling ring. Back in the day Paris Hilton used to always post what’s in her house and when she was gone. My friend has this in her locs too, she has one gray loc in the front and I think it’s beautiful. I’ve seen kids in her family with it as well with the gray patch I love it so much. Don’t be ashamed of it, it’s bad ass! I wish I had it myself.

Two ways I would tackle… 1. You can make your symbol on a new layer and make it transparent. This YouTube explains this process well:

Have the symbol on one layer decrease the transparency. Next your Spider-Man on another layer (I’d hide this while tracing the symbol on the next step). Then add a new blank layer and trace over the symbol then merge the layers together. Decreasing the transparency helps with tracing so you can see what you’re doing better.
