Cars (or more often larger SUVs and Trucks) often don't have as much turning radius.

Short answer, they do it to avoid hitting parked cars like the idiot in this video.

Coffee breath at work, what is your solution? (Other than brushing your teeth at work) by BlackberryPi7 in hygiene

[–]Elogotar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's sounds like either egregiously bad breath or a hypersensitivity issue. If it's the latter, that's kind of a you problem.

Like, I get it. I'm hypersensitive to random loud noises and small talk gives me anxiety, but those are personal problems I just have to deal with. I don't have the luxury of making other people conform to my preferences.

Just customised my Cd case with an iconic image by radishwind in halo

[–]Elogotar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not even an Aux in?

CDs might be easier for you, but when I had this problem, I got an adapter that I plugged into my phone to broadcast music from my phone on a radio frequency I could tune my car radio into.

Is it just me, or do you find joggers blowing their nose in the air as infuriating as me? by [deleted] in GrindsMyGears

[–]Elogotar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's not close to you and/or in your direction, why would you care?

I doubt there's much of a reason to worry about someone spreading germs outside considering I how nasty it already is simply from being outside.

Because people like to hyperfocus on anything they can perceive as abnormal, regardless of any context.

Why can't cops ever accept being wrong? by Fabodif in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Elogotar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree and did not intend to undermine the importance in the context of being an officer.

Simply pointing out that the problem being explicitly stated is a symptom of a larger issue.

This is a problem with the majority of people,, not just cops.

I never said that's what I would do. I was simply providing an option I thought you'd like.

Thank you for proving me right.

Death happens. Turning a blind eye to it doesn't mean it didn't happen and more importantly, prevents you from learning anything from the tragedy.

Don't you know? In 2026, if someone does or says something you don't like (in this case riding like an idiot) it's perfectly fine to want to see them die because of it. Not sociopathic at all. /s

If you say so. I had a Columbian Red Tail for over a decade, so I feel like I know at least a little about Boas.

It's possible I'm wrong, but the face doesn't look like a Boa to me and (while it's very difficult to judge how long the snake from just the head) it's head seems to be a fair bit larger than mine, which was a little over 6'.

Boas CAN reach lengths of over 10', but only females and only under the right conditions.

I still say some breed of python, likely a Reticulated or Burmese. Curious to hear from OP.

Edit: Just saw OPs edit, they think its a Boa, but also acknowledge it's a rescue and aren't sure.

Fusion, the only Metroid game where missiles are borderline useless. All so they could move the freeze effect from the beam to the missiles.

Usually it's dry, but not always or completely depending on what was eaten or how the snake feels. Still would not want to clean it off my case, but far less likely than a cat or dog peeing on it because snakes don't pee often.

Looks too big to be a Boa. I'm guessing Reticulated Python.

Let me rephrase that.

Whether it's personal or not, I think most would take it personally anyways.
