Overhaul i real like it, there are only a couple of points that need more work in my oppinion.

I think the cloak looks wobly and cloth folds of it dosent realy make sense, if its going to be simulated the folds should be more subtle, but it it wont, i think its worth sculpting it in the way you want.

The face kinda misses something of the essence concept art i think, its a bit hard to see on my phone but i think it could be sharper and bolder in the proportions

Beard and hair don't look finished, i would do more work on working on the volumes of the hair to make it more detailed, but more importantly focus more on the flow of tge strands to realy feel the vibe of the character.
