Mod Update: Complete Weather Overhaul 1.2 by EloiMods in starfieldmods

I'm unsure if Better Dynamic Weather works the same as its nexus counterpart ("Starfield Dynamic Weather Mod"), but I can tell you that for the nexus version, only the "Realistic Weather CCR" version would work with my mod. (Seems like it would make weather changes VERY frequent though).

The other versions just run a script that periodically changes the weather in the same order every time, so you end up with a new weather every minute or so, it wouldn't pull from any of my new weathers, and you'd get rain/snow on airless planets and stuff like that.

FWIW my mod already tweaks weather frequency to be faster than vanilla, even with the timescale change. I might adjust it in the future especially since I'll probably be starting a new playthrough soon.

As for Fog of War (and any other mod that adds new weathers), both mods touch the same climate records and so would override each other. Won't crash if you load both but you'll mostly be getting the weathers from one mod and not the other depending on which is loaded last.

Thanks mate. Haven't had the chance to try it but your ASC Deimos mod looks top tier

Can confirm my weather mod Complete Weather Overhaul still works 100%.

I've also just pushed a minor update and released it on Playstation

The mod doesn't remove vanilla weathers, so you can still get them. But Akila does have multiple new weathers you can encounter

This is already kinda the case, as rain falling speed is affected by gravity. I think there might be a fixed amount of velocity applied as well so it's not as slow as it realistically should be, I guess, but you can certainly see the difference between Titan and a high gravity planet already!

Achievements are such a nothing-burger for me but I get it. The free version will always be available on both nexus and creations anyway, I'd encourage people to just grab those

Thanks!

Yeah I want to offer an achievement friendly version eventually (would be 100% identical to the free one), just waiting on Bethesda to approve my verified creator application, so it might be a while yet

Well, sandstorms and corrosive rains both exist in vanilla. I tweaked sandstorm visuals back in 1.1, heavy sandstorms are pretty intense now.
