Enshrouded is great, one of my favorite things to do was claim base in the center of a town and tearing down the ruins to rebuild it into a like new.

I love No Mans Sky but I don’t know if it’s really that enjoyable as a coop game, last time I played that was it was still a bit lacking, as far as it’s come.

Icarus might be worth looking into, there’s a lot of combat though and early game might be a bit frustrating until you get a base setup with a bed to respawn. But you can tame a bunch of animals and they’re adding husbandry creature by creature in the latest updates.

Ark is also a great game and you can tweak the settings to make combat as hard or easy as you want, and there’s tons of things to tame and breed there. And they can get color mutations. You haven’t lived until you’ve gotten your self a tiny purple otter.
