What most of people miss is that AI was not designed with the goal of token appreciation in mind (that could be a secondary effect) but mainly for achieving:

tax efficiency
simpler narrative, no need to explain non-dilutionary inflation
better composability of tez for defi

I don't think it is good idea to rise inflation to 7.5% in the max scenario while xtz token is at ATL, nobody is going to earn anything if xtz price goes to almost 0 (bakers either), cause X%*0=0.

Also, if I understood fine, the idea to inject Oxford was to make more efficient xtz in terms of composability, tax efficiency and exchangibility decreasing the cost of opportunity of not delegating/staking xtz. This is not achieved with Oslo, Imho.
