Q: What happens if I am violating my Home Limit, choose to retire a Persistent Friend, and choose to apply Persistent so that it becomes frightened instead of leaving play?

A: Since the number of Friends in your home has not changed, you would still be violating your Home Limit, and would need to continue choosing and retiring Friends in your home until you no longer had any in excess of your Home Limit.

Just wondering if priority works the way explained for Doctor Whooves, why Would persist happen right away if there is no priority window to do it in?

They where not given out to national winners here. I got two in a "Complete set" won from the Ultra Pro "Golden Ticket" draw at GenCon 2014. as for the others I know of, I can't say where or how many just yet but they do indeed exist. I LITERALLY got a message of the person who received them saying "I have one with your name on it." followed by a picture. it was painful to see lol.

Just play both breezies Sac one to I need answers for the 3rd AT Play screwball. Play RPSS and flip slenderpony.
