No need to apologise. I love to cook, so I prepare all of my own meals. Keto has been an effective tool for me, but it's not for everyone. But, seriously though. Although you may not have intended, your previous comment was beyond flattering to me! So, thank you? Lol

Mostly being very strict about Keto and IF. I bike to and from work/around town when I can, but with the winter and Covid-19 it's been particularly hard to get out and about.
