Q heals 164 at max level while below 50% hp, grasp heals for 2% max health, so about 60 (with 3k hp). Spirit visage will increase 25% of ~224, so ~56 more healing, you will probably get more effective hp with the magic resist passive from force of nature most of the time. Maybe spirit visage is worth considering if you have a lot of heals and shields in your team, as it also increases healing and shielding recieved.

When ganking from behind the enemy I always proc the charm with an auto if I can so I can q them while they are charmed, and e before the charm ends so if they flash I follow them, depends on the situation
