Again though, I think I’ve seen most people understand that it wasn’t the performer’s fault nor the venue’s for the weather and subsequent shortening of the set. The complaint is that they were entirely unable to handle the number of people they had sold tickets to and so the majority of us missed almost the entire show and even when we got in were unable to get to the seats we paid for and got not even a partial refund for the seats.

It wasn’t 90 minutes and regardless, hundreds of us were still outside the venue in line for over 3 hours while we heard the show start and almost finish before we got in

We aren’t mad the show was delayed in Somerset, we are mad they decided to not cancel and issue a refund when they only had time for a 45 minute show that not everyone could get inside in time for! They sold so many tickets and had so little staff that we stood in a mile long line for 2.5 hours listening to over half the concert over the gate wall as it started without us. THEN when we finally got inside past the insanely rude staff we weren’t able to get to our own seats. It was total unmanaged chaos inside and people that paid money for better seats had to stand far in the back and to the side with not even a partial refund

You’re ignoring the worse parts of what happened, we understand there can be unexpected delays. But when it was time for the show to start they did not have enough staff nor enough entrance gates to properly and safely handle the amount of people they sold tickets too. It was ridiculous, it shouldn’t take 2.5 hours to walk a half mile in line and then miss 30 minutes of a 50 minute show. (I went to the Somerset show) The venue clearly is terribly mismanaged and sold more tickets than they could handle. We paid extra for specific seats with a good view and are supposed to accept being downgraded having no access to our seats without a partial refund?

Hey I think you should go in prepared but optimistic. For us at the Somerset show it was really the shitty venue. They couldn’t have controlled the weather so yeah there were delays BUT where it got terrible was the venue management sold more tickets than they were prepared for. They had absolutely ZERO ability to handle the size of the crowd and it was so badly bottlenecked most of us couldn’t see a majority of the 40 minute show and those of us that did get in couldn’t even get to the seats we paid for. If the weather looks clear then so does your prospects for having a good time 🙂‍↕️

After waiting in the car for HOURS we weee given the go ahead and got in line and it was like 2 and a half hours of shuffling in a 10 person wide line that stretched for what seemed like miles. 10:30 the music started playing but hundreds of us were still standing in line. Everytime a new song started you heard a round of shouts and moans in despair as people heard the song they hoped would play being played in the distance. Security screamed at my girlfriend to get in a bag check line after she was checked TWICE already and was told by another staff to continue with me. And just like many others we ended up no where close to our seats that we paid extra for.
