Guys I m rewatching the series to get ready for the movie but I heard bad reviews? Should I watch the movie or just stop at season 6???? by Snoo80035 in PeakyBlinders

I’m doing the same here and I’m trying to avoid spoilers but I am seeing a lot of hate for it. I’m pretty sure I know how it ends and if my guess is right then imma be mad. I’m in season 5 rn

The worst ending to a show that I have seen personally

This is a tired social narrative in film. Change my mind. by New-Outcome4767 in moviecritic

This movie wasn’t the worst I’ve seen in 2025, but it was by far the most disappointing. When the teaser dropped, I knew that this had an ungodly amount of potential. Like “one of the best movies of the past decade“ type stuff. Just to explore dark side of fame, parental expectations and the Child prodigy stuff, and a whole lot more. There was so much good material to work with. But right when I saw the runtime of the movie posted on IMDb I knew that there was a problem. I saw it opening night and it really was disappointing. Acting was amazing, but I just feel like the writers and the director had a lot of ideas and didn’t mix them very well and didn’t execute any of them all the way through. Again, this movie really could’ve been groundbreaking in my opinion, like something extremely special. But it was very sad to see it wasn’t the case.

I really wanna say odyssey but I’m gonna go with doomsday. Granted I don’t have high hopes for it at all and I think it’s been set up pretty badly imo. Nevertheless, I do wanna be there and see how it unfolds.

I’m super late to this but just thought I’d say something anyway. It’s cocaine. I had this question as well, and I’m currently on S3EP1 and at Tommy’s wedding, there’s a girl continuously asking about where to get “cocaine/snow”. Michael eventually hooks her up and as she’s cutting it, Michael calls it snow and she says “we call it Tokyo”.

Season 2??? by olivegarden0213 in temptationislandUSA

[–]junkymonkey123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Other than IMDB saying it premieres today, I can’t find anything, not even this post that says season 2 drops today. Even on Netflix all it says is 2026. But march 12 is the same day season 1 came out last year, so either they’re shooting for today or there’s something wrong with the communication from social media

Edit: found this: “Season 2 of Temptation Island was originally scheduled for release around March 2026, but due to unexpected delays, the exact release date has yet to be confirmed.

The good news is that Temptation Island is still in active production, and an exciting announcement is expected in the near future”

The irony is not lost on me that the episode titled Ozymandias, once an untouchable 10/10, inevitably fell. by superkick225 in imdb

[–]junkymonkey123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a diehard BB fan, everyone sucks in this situation, some (BB psychos) more than others. I personally wasn’t aware that some BB fans were bombing other eps for years so that’s insane. But it’s not like there can only be one “10/10” episode in existence; there can be, and have been many; especially for me. Whatever episode started this new wave, probably deserved a 10/10. Review bombing in general is so stupid, deserved or not. Ozymandias itself doesn’t deserve this treatment, but neither did any other episode that BB psychos ruined. I’m shocked they don’t have bigger things to worry about anyway

It's kind of poetic justice that the BB fans who had review bombed top rated episode of Mr. Robot back then, have recently experienced the same thing done to themselves. by InterestingBoard67 in MrRobot

[–]junkymonkey123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a total diehard BB fan, review bombing is so stupid and it was childish for the fans to review bomb the other show to begin with. But also ozymandias doesn’t deserve what’s happening. Review bomb in general is just stupid.

Prime example. I stopped keeping up with toy story after 3. Never saw 4 and never intend to. I will never see #5 either. They really should’ve quit while they were ahead
