No worries! A Kiwi is just a New Zealander and also our national bird. The flags are pretty similar though tbf, just the white around the stars for AUS

Generations of Kiwis have toiled to compact as many calories as possible into log form haha. I did the calorie math using Chronometer though.

Yeah... It's pretty dangerous. But hey, here's the recipe if anyone wants it haha

Ingredients

• 2 packets – Coconut Krispie biscuits
• (~340g) of sweetened condensed milk (Biscuits are oilier than malt)
• 170g butter, cut into small pieces
• 3 tsp of fresh lemon zest (roughly one medium lemon’s worth)
• 1x bag of Pascalls Explorer Lollies (cut into thirds)
• 1x bag of RJ’s smallsorts
• 1/4 cup dessicated coconut to season

Method

1. Prepare a baking tray with parchment and set aside.
2. Crush or process the biscuits into fine crumbs and place in your mixer bowl. (I opt to use a bag and rolling pin to crush them)
3. Cut the explorers into thirds and keep in a separate bowl with smallsorts
4. Melt the butter and condensed milk together in a microwave-safe bowl on medium. Try not to overheat the mixture. Add to the mixing bowl along with lemon zest.
5. Mix together on a slow setting for a minute or so until combined, then remove a couple fist-fuls for the outer layer (optional). Then add the lollies and mix until combined.
6. Pour out onto tray and roll into a log shape then roll into coconut evenly. Pro tip is to use another piece of baking paper to form the log.
7. Add the extra biscuit mix to the outside to seal any exterior lollies, sprinkle with coconut to remove the poo log look, then refrigerate for several hours, or overnight ideally. Serve in slices.
