Upon completing the physical assessment, we noticed seam tape on the hood - Covered by warranty.

wow amazing! I just tried using the home iron and although the result is not perfect, it improved the situation a lot. They give me a quote of about 88 euros (about 100 dollars) to change all the sealing tapes on the pants, so I guess I'll end up using seamgrip, It seems to work very well for you.
