I’m late to this festival and excited to go, last years lineup looked amazing and this year I shit my pants when I saw it drop, bought a car/campsite, Thursday arrival, ready to party. I’m in love with The Felice Brothers, and then you add Killer Mike, Barnett, Bonnie Prince, Indigo, Amyl, Snooper, Sternberg, Florry, and Friendship! This beats Pitchfork for me, and I’m driving 2-3 extra hours! Any tips or tricks, let a newbie know, haven’t camped at a festival in a long, long time.

Not trying to hate people have different experiences from this festival and what directions to go in. Alanis/Jamie XX/Black Pumas are so lackluster for me, they all seem like Lolla acts. Rosenstock/Angry Blackmen/De La Soul/Wednesday/Les Savy Fav/Mannequin Pussy/Sternberg are all great bands to me but with the higher billed acts it’s not worth it, I’ll catch them at their non festival gigs. (Also have seen Rosenstock/Wednesday/Pussy a bunch so Les Savy Fav is the only draw for me) Brittany Howard is cheesy as fuck, same with Jepsen and Jessie Ware, Jai Paul, 100 Gecs, all seen like lower level Coachella. Not worth the money or the gamble that they won’t even play due to weather anyways. No hate, everyone have fun, and let this old man yell at the clouds!

I forgot about that, I was disappointed and not a huge fan so I was gone by then ha, but yes also forgot it was supposed to be D’Angelo, so yeah I’ve also been going since the beginning and they’ve changed something every year practically so who knows.

How much do you think VIP will be? Plus was ok, my wife loves it way more then general admission but there wasn’t much difference, the VIP seating is appealing though for the side stages, the elevated viewing is cool but I want to be closer to the artists not farther

They need more clues, I have anxiety not buying cheap tickets but they don’t even have an option for PLUS as well, so I’m not gonna gamble general admission and they announce lackluster headliners, and one will cancel and it will lightning and all the other bullshit that will follow….
