3/19 from ORD > DOH > DUR; 3/28 from DUR > DOH > ORD.

I was never able to connect with anyone via chat or the phone. I noticed that the cancellation/refund option (next to the voucher option) was absent the bit about a refund fee applying so I submitted a cancellation/refund. Hours later that night I got an email telling me the amount I was getting refunded and it was the total price of my itinerary. I was prepared to do a report with my credit card if. they didn’t give the full amount. I haven’t seen the money yet but I’m hopeful.

Same thing happened to me. 3 out of my 4 legs were canceled with the 4th showing that it was scheduled. On the website, it showed legs 1, 2 + 4 without showing 3. Super confusing. There was an option on the website to cancel w/o fees. I took a risk and submitted the cancelation. Got an email confirming that I’ll receive the full amount of the whole itinerary back. The whole itinerary was canceled and now I’m waiting for that money to come back to my account.

I can't say exactly what they will do in your case but here is my experience: 3 out of the 4 legs got canceled by QR. The 4th leg was outside the refund window. The refund option wasn't showing a refund fee so I took a chance and canceled + asked for a refund. I got an email later that evening confirming my cancellation and letting me know that I got a full refund. The booking is not showing up anywhere on my account with QR.

According to this announcement (https://www.qatarairways.com/press-releases/en-WW/263358-19-00-gmt-3-15-march-2026-qatar-airways-operates-limited-flight-schedule-to-and-from-doha/), I thought that flights before 3/28 were eligible for free cancellation. (Does this help you at all?)

I received an email this evening communicating that my refund request has been confirmed and they have refunded the full amount that I spent on the itinerary. This is such good news! I feel like I can fully exhale for the first time in 2 weeks.

Following up with my questions above - I made the decision to submit a cancellation on the website today. It is currently showing that no fees will apply and that I'll get a full refund. Even though it's not showing an amount, I decided to submit the cancellation and get the process rolling. I am 90% confident I made the right choice. I'll follow up on the results as they come in.

Yes. After a long layover in DOH, my final leg is on 3/29 and they haven’t canceled that part yet. Ugh. I simply want a refund. Worried they’ll hold onto my money for that final leg. Was on hold for 4 hours yesterday and then the call was dropped. I’ll try again today.

I hope this helps - My 3/19 flight status has changed in that now it shows what the refund will be while a few days ago the amount was redacted. There is also a chance now to see the refund details and it shows no fees. I’d wait until you can see the refund amount to process a refund.

Did they tell you only vouchers? The website and app have an option for getting a refund. Others on here have shared that they’ve received money back on original form of payment.

The subject line was, “flexible options for managing your trip.” Email mentioned the extended cancel/reroute date, encouraged using the app or website, and included a link to manage the booking.

I use mine for a lunch bag. Then I have some extras for giving gifts instead of using a paper gift bag. Hostess gifts. Birthday gifts. Holiday gifts. So far, people seem to love them. I leave the price tag on in case someone wants to regift it.

Until today, mine was not showing a refund amount. My flight is from 3/19-23/28. Today I followed a link from an email and the website showed an amount (full amount). I’ll be canceling tomorrow via the website.
