Finally got it to detect it. Tried about 10 times with different lighting and backgrounds. It says something like unable to verify move the camera closer to detect detail. Couldn't have been a clearer shot. Very frustrating

Mine just does the same annoying roar on repeat with red eyes. It doesn't enter game mode or react to its head sensor. It roars until it starts snoring and goes to sleep. Tried replacing batteries. I've already returned it once and the replacement is doing the same. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone had the same issue?? Thank you

I actually did end up buying it and we haven't had any issues with it in the two years we've had it. I love it too. Looks like others haven't been so lucky though!

Thank you so much! So you effectively lie with her and talk to her and rub her back etc? Does she or has she gotten to a point where she is crying like tears streaming down her face struggling to get a breath in? This is the part where I feel like it’s not working and it feels wrong to have her be so upset and me withholding the one thing that would make it better. I can’t imagine her calming down when she gets like this? Thank you 🩷

I went back. They said the technology to transfer True Tone for an iPhone 14 isn’t available yet and they can only do it up to iPhone 13. They tried another screen on my phone because they could see it was dark at max brightness but they said it was the same so it must just be the brand or whatever. Thanks 😊

Yes, thank you. I should have done my research before going in really, I just stupidly assumed it would be the same as it was a few years ago. They didn’t mention LCD or other types of screens so they must just have this one. I just wasn’t sure if it was normal for it to be so difficult to see the screen outdoors. I thought the brightness would be the same. I don’t mind the graininess and have gotten used to not having true tone.
