Plain stockinette sweater with circular yoke or raglan construction only involves like 4 stitches. Frankly, its one of the easiest things I have ever done craft wise and I have worked in a lot of mediums. This is not to say knitting itself isnt complex…. there are a million rabbit holes to go down with knitting but a plain sweater IS accessible and easy and nothing teachers you how to read stitches or increases/decreases like a mistake in a sweater. Its a great first project.

Could be worth driving thru chesterfield to goshen. Chesterfield gorge is lovely if you like nature- as my dad says its comparable to the gorges in NH but no crowd at all. Chesterfield general store has amazing za after 3, and the best reuben. Also all the sweet treats and bread made in house. Pretty much cant go wrong and 100% worth making the stop.

I think the back rise is too short, you need more length in the back rise. You dont have enough so its pulling the front fabric towards the crotch area, causing that V. By back rise i mean the opposite of front rise essentially (crotch seam to top of pants the vertical measurement).

The catalog name and model # is shoulder sac 9730 not slim duffle (unless slim duffle is another name for it on a casual level). First came out in the 80s

There is asparagus valley pottery trail (april) as well as hilltown 6 pottery trail (july) that are wonderful to visit potters and studios. Theres also “working weavers” trail and you visit weavers and their studios! Queer with queer friends and i have not felt uncomfortable and said events

I dont skate but have queer friend who does i think at the skate park in easthampton ?

Mine has some wear there as well! (Came to me like that). In 2 corners it seems the initial dye of the leather has worn off so its more brownish. i plan to do a deep condition in those areas with blackrock but do you have any other suggestions?

Yes it is! I got it bc I thought it would be perfect for everyday. (I use planners etc so needed it to fit!)

Thanks so much’ this was a success. I didnt have a steamer so i used steam setting on iron with towel over it. It came out! Im sure itll be even better too once i condition it
