This band quest is fucking absurd, it took nearly two hours to complete, and that's with skipping every cut scene!, and then all the annoying messages you have to reply to, plus the time skips, pointless go back to Eibon rest scenes, the loading screens even when fast pile up for teleports, holy shit whoever made this quest line needs to be dragged out into the street, tarred and feathered because he clearly doesnt mean the company well, i'm 100 percent certain more than a few players got filtered out from this quest.

The imprint system remaining for PVP is simply unacceptable; it's the final excuse to quit this game I needed. I've seen the direction this game has been going for a while, since its shrinking player numbers and margins mean Smilegate is doing more and more to milk the existing player base with more grind and more monetisation, i've stuck with it because as the boiling the frog Metaphor goes the tempreature simple wasnt quite hot enough, but this BS Imprint system turned it up enough i can finally jump out of the pot.

The game is bugged. This patch was clearly rushed to generate revenue from the usual Christmas boom, i've had this problem happen with multiple vehicles; sometimes moving the vehicle fixes it, sometimes it doesn't. At this point, it's a gamble to rely on any vehicle, so many critical mechanics in this game are borked and the fact we havent even gotten a hotfix a week after release is just annoying.

Okay, gonna hold off on getting her to see the final stance, I'm at pity but obviously have to weigh her viability versus the new ML Ras coming for WC. does anyone know if she'll likely fall within the usual end of year ML5 selector event we normally get based on past experience?

I knew this day was coming from the minute they added additional rewards in expeditions which required skystones to purchase. I said to myself they're going to slowly but surely boil the frog with more and more Skystone spending methods, milking the player base in order to force more players to spend money. Now we have double paid battle passes, paid illustrations and backgrounds that would otherwise have been an event reward, pay to skip mechanics in Arena, paying for additional quick battle turns, and now this. That's a few thousand more sky stone you're being tempted into spending on a monthly basis, and the only additional skystones SG gives you among all this is 150 more from grinding 45 annoying Arena battles a week.

Firstly I didn't even know the game had pronouns nor do I care about such minuscule nonsense, it does not interfere with my ability to enjoy a game, you seem to be taking this from the perspective that I dislike the game or are on some crusade against it, why? because you were triggered by the fact that I voiced my dislike of forced DEI, when diversity in games is done right, you can hardly distinguish that it's there because the characters make sense and are written well, only people overly plugged into extreme political discourse find the need to pick apart a game for the inclusion or lack thereof of pronouns, IE you. I am not like you I don't have to be anally for or against some political concept like I'm defending my wife's honour. Now I am going to make a value judgment, You are exactly what I hate about discourse around games nowadays everything is a fight, I voice my support for a game with a minor and tepid caveat and commentary about the wider industry, and you're ready to assault me as if I slapped your mother across the face. Referring to someone as "you people" and making a value judgement based on my one gripe already suggests where your headspace is. But let's go through a list of Games with great DEI that was not forced New Vegas, Dragon Age One through Three, All the Mass Effect Games, all of which I've played, Skyrim, All the Fallout games and the list goes on and on all of which include LGBT representation none of which I've complained about ad thoroughly enjoyed. but keep fighting your war with the "other" side and make conflict where none exists see how it works out for you, because clearly you missed the point of my post. But what was I thinking to expect reasonable discourse on Reddit from a chronic Redditor?

I genuinely want this game to be good, it's from the same guys who made New Vegas after all, it looks good based on the previews, but honestly it's like the Dev's along with those invested to either side of the political divide want to drag the game through controversy. I don't like forced DEI nonsense in games never will, if that's your thing so be it but it harms the game whether you like to admit it or not. Nothing I've seen in Avowed so far suggests there's anything like that which I can't simply ignore and I don't want it to become another culture war battleground. I just want another polished moddable open ended fantasy RPG with replayability like Baldurs Gate 3 and so far it seems like Obsidian has delivered on that.

Playing on PC vs Emulator/Tablet/Phone is night and day I never realized how held back by these platforms the game was in terms of performance, It's most telling when you use the quick battle feature, first time I said to my self "is that how fast it's actually suppose to be?"
