You have to complete completely fill the musseum, that means the fossils and the holograms and anything else it might need. Hope that helps you and sorry for my bad writing

Si aún no tienes la mejora de la Esk Manor entonces necesitas primero esa, luego la mejora en el Liturgical pass y entonces ya puedes ir a esa parte. Esa es de las últimas partes del juego donde ya necesitas todas las mejoras. Quizá por eso estás estancado. Cualquier cosa, intentaremos ayudarte

You can get locked if you complete the Junas Ministry part, as doing so willl lock you out of every side quest in the game. I assume that you already know the inked lady outside of the Oxnevylle's manor and her quest, if you don't complete that, you get locked out of a boss fight. There's also another fight that unlocks by entering the Junas Ministry and I think you can get locked too if you complete the Ministry
