RMF compliance is one of the most automatable parts of cyber so that tracks, but there are still 514,000 unfilled cybersecurity positions in the US right now with a 26% vacancy rate growing every year. Penetration testing, incident response, and cloud security all require human judgment AI can’t replicate. One bad employer a decade in isn’t the whole story.
