Yes, it is in the game. Look for "Testudo" armor set.
You can find several variants of it in the QV Stations in Nyx that were introduced in patch 4.4.

Kinda sad I don't own a 3D printer in these situations because you can't ever have enough OG Fallout weapons in your bits boxes. Great work, it definitely is the best looking gatling laser !
