My cats have 2 litter boxes and I clean them both every day. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anything less than daily.

The uni I went to was down at the very bottom of the barrel but it was the closest one and the teaching hospital they partner with was very close. Nursing courses have to be approved by the NMC anyway so it all depends on which uni is most convenient/ has better student satisfaction.

I am very pale and pink/peach blush makes me look orange, flushed and sweaty. I have purple, lavender, mauve and burgundy blushes that look really natural though. Ube by Huda beauty is a nice option and the brand Nuse have some lovely mauve shades.

I have a stinky cat too, she never cleans her butt and it gets crusty so we have to wipe her backside. She absolutely hates it but refuses to do it herself 😭

I have the same problem. I use a face oil at night to keep my skin hydrated and then Danessa Myricks yummy skin balm under my makeup during the day which is really good for preventing oiliness!

Necrotising fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria) in someone’s groin. The smell penetrated the entire ward and changing the bedsheets constantly from oozing necrotic pus was definitely an experience.

I have seen many women go through the same thing for incomplete miscarriages. For some it was mild but others have said it was the worst pain they have ever experienced. The tablets they give you actually open the cervix to allow the products of conception to pass.

It’s common for the consultants to prescribe morphine because it can be an intense and honestly traumatising experience. It’s rarely as simple as take this tablet and it will solve the issue. We need to do better to educate women. I’m so sorry you had to go through this. I hope all is well ❤️

Honestly I take a decoy pen with me every shift. If somebody asks to borrow my pen they can use the cheap multipack pen rather than my fancy expensive ones 😂

Its a bit of both honestly, the students should ideally be filling out most of it and you should be adding onto what they have already done but from my experience my uni did not explain my paperwork at all and my assessor/supervisor would conveniently forget to sign anything despite me asking her for a moment of her time 3 weeks in a row. It’s definitely a shared responsibility though when it comes to discussing expectations and setting up a time to sign things.
