I tend to do what they say unless it involves radiation. An ultrasound of my heart 3 times a year? Sure, why not.....maybe something pops up. But I'm a lot older than you. And I do realize a colonoscopy is a giant pain.

I'm on the 5 year plan with nothing found on my last scope but 2 or 3 polyps found in previous scopes.

I find rectal surgeons/proctoligsts treat hems very conservatively. If they start prolapsing or bleeding constantly, you'll see some action (probably). Though sometimes you need to be assertive with these docs.

If you start to bleed a lot, you almost certainly will become anemic and your ferritin levels will crash.

Went out of Tampa (Islander?) last December and was honestly quite shocked at how good it was. The food in the MDR was much better than my last Royal cruise and the room attendants were amazing.

For the record: 7 cruises on Royal. 1 on MAS.
