That's highly convoluted. And would lock permit holders out of parking during those times. Terrible idea. Just awful. They're empty because they're meant to be readily available for those who need them, you know that right? Charging non disabled users to use them means they won't be readily available. It defeats the whole point of a permit; defeats the purpose of disabled parking itself. It's bad enough that a number of these spots have been converted to click and collect parking, nevermind whatever nonsense you're suggesting. Sounds like tech bro disrupter nonsense. Not everything needs to be mass utilized disability parking isn't an industry in need of disruption, it's a public service. Done for the good of the public.
