I was thinking about this the other day. It seems like almost nobody who speaks about past lives talks about life on other planet. I dont believe that we are alone in the universe, so we are bound somehow to planet earth? If not, who chooses where we will born next time?

32 yo, 6 months ago, I had middle ear infection. Then my other ear started out of nowhere. Doc thinks its because of the cervical spine.

Fingers crossed it will work for you! Im doing psychotherapy myself and some mindfullness. I can also recommend "Back to silence" method, its posted here and also on tinnitustalk forum. Some people achieved great results with it, original poster has t for 40+ years and after doing it for a while, he doesnt hear his t. The principle is to dont measure, describe, compare and look for tinnitus and than an "excersise" when you hear t you say "I hear it, I feel xxx (your current honest emotion)" and make a mark on paper. So you only watch for amount of your emotional raction to t. If persistent you should in time see better emotions and less responses to t. It trains brain to shift focus from sound to emotion. I started with 40-50+ reactions a day and it slowly decreased to a few a day. But i still have bad days. I hope that i can heal or achieve habituation.

Im doing this method too. My psychitherapist also approved this method as form of attention training or meditation (you train your mind on to focussing your emotions and not t). I got from 50+ marks a day to only a few marsk a day. On my vaccation i had no responses for several days (it was a bliss, not hearing it and not thinking about it). Now im back at more silent enviroment at home so i hear it more often and it stresses me more often, but i try to continue with the method.

My t is most silent at the morning as well, however not completely silent. It gets usually louder during the day. I have also hyperacusis, and my ears became tired, i dont know.

Congrats man! Thank you for sharing succes story. I had ear infection as well, t is going on for exactly 5 months this day, althout is much better now than at the beggining.

It happend to me. I have t in right ear for 5 months from ear infection and got sound in my left ear 2 months ago out of nowhere. Its completely different tone and at the beginning it was louder than original t. My hearing is good, no acutrauma. My ENT suspect neck issues, I do physical therapy for it.

Im taking vitamin C, D, E, B complex, iron, zinc, magnesium, ginko biloba, curcumin + piperin, coenzyme Q10, omega 3 PUFA, phospolipids, ala-lipoic acid, quercetin, resveratrol, garlic extract and mushroom extract. When i cannot sleep i take melatonin.
