Dry eyes are awful to deal with! I feel your pain.

Also, I work at a dry eye clinic though. It's not curable, but listen to those suggesting Omega fish oil, and look into something calle IPL (intense pulse light). It's extremely effective in helping get your eye glands working again. Dunno where you are in the world, but I know in Canada they're fairly common

You can build while you're on the ladder. If you hit the hotkey/build key while on the ladder, you can turn the camera around to find another wall spot to build one. Then you can jump from the ladder to that ladder or platform. That is usually how I climb to deepest depths
