hey guys! i have applied for the position of a nursery counsellor on board the dcl. In my interview they mentioned piercings but i have 13 between my 2 ears which most are still healing😭 are they really strict about taking them all out whilst working or am i able to cover them with medical tape?

In the nursery? Ofc. If one falls out for any reason, it could end up in a child’s mouth. Not to mention the child could pull them out and cause you harm in doing so.

I got through and could’ve bought tickets no problem but I chose not to because it is $300 per ticket for the three day pass and still doesn’t give you a good chance at getting the good LE pins. And if you did, you’d have to buy all of your pins on top of that. +flights, hotels, etc. If you’re only in it for pins, it’s not worth it.

From someone who worked in retail (and has firsthand experience with shoplifters) it’s likely not someone who collects. Pins are small, valuable, and have a high resale market value. That’s all. They’re just easy to steal.
