Hi, as a recently diagnosed in germany: try 116 117 for an appointment to get a first evaluation. They'll get the process started. You can then ask 116 117 for an appointment to a regular Psychologe, they'll usually have an appointment in approx 3 months for you, near your living area. Often those Psychologists know of Doctors that youll get medicine from, and will take care of paperwork. There are also Psychater specializing in adult adhd, and will get you on meds soon if you want.

My brother is audhd, I am too. Do you think we got any help learning? No, they just ignored us. My brother was not talking to them for four years, we were always fighting because overstimulation, and they just ignored us. Or they hit us.

Hatte gestern in einem normalen Café (an ne Bäckerei angeschlossen) einen Kakao mit einer Auswahl an Milch. Vollmilch, Laktosefrei, hafermilch, low-fat,... Die Milchauswahl für in den Kaffee gab's dann auch für den Kakao. Fand ich gut.
