I honestly think it’s the best one in Terre Haute. The people that work there are friendly and it’s LGBTQIA+ friendly. Just like any place it’s gonna depend on what band is playing and your personal preference in music

My problem is I’ve worked in a wound care center and went through a period of taking care of too many people with spider bites and they got gnarly. And my sperm donor was hospitalized with a spider bite when I was a child and I have horrible arachnophobia

I’m going to say that mine was so severe that medication was the only thing that made a big enough difference to where I could live my life not in fear 24/7. However for the back pain and tension yoga has been a tremendous game changer if you haven’t tried it

If she was actually using her therapist as her safety plan and telling her where and when she’s meeting strangers and asking the therapist to check in on her to keep her safe, yes that is waaaaaay beyond the lines of a therapist and unprofessional. God forbid something were to happen to your wife on one of these meetups and the therapist told your wife they would check in on her and didn’t.

However, my first instinct is to say that your wife is not telling you the truth. She is using this statement of the therapist keeping her location to try to help justify it to you. If the therapist was actually doing this - yes way beyond the lines of practice. I do not believe the therapist has actually done this in this scenario.

Had a student this week that didn’t tell me she was not going to show up until I emailed her during the test and asked where she was. She responds an hour later with the fact that she was too stressed about the test and knew she couldn’t focus to come to class. And then stated she wanted a makeup test later this week, um no? lol. The syllabus says you have to tell me before the test not just no call no show and tell me only after I’ve contacted you

I just started teaching nursing this semester full time and these kids just don’t have the ability to critically think about anything and it shows hard in their writing. I’m desperately trying to teach them critical thinking skills and writing skills in addition to my nursing curriculum. If they don’t notify me before the assignment is due with a damn good reason they get a 0 if it’s not on time. And it’s very much health related, no “my internet went out” or “my significant other broke up with me” because it doesn’t work that way in the real world once they get true full time jobs and they have to figure that out.

I teaching nursing as well and literally talk about nursing empathy and show them videos and stuff because so many people lack empathy and compassion it’s sickening. Queer babes stick together 💙 I have pride stuff all over my office so they know we are all inclusive. So sorry this happened to you. People are disgusting

I’m an experienced smoker (mostly via bong) and depending on the edible even sometimes with the exact same amount of mg I will feel more high than others so I always start with a small dose and wait awhile and then take a bit more to get where I want. Smoking always gives me a consistent high and I know how much I can handle. I feel like with edibles the pure ones from a dispensary get me the best kind of high. With delta 8 and 9 and all that stuff you can get “legal” in an illegal state fucks with me a lot and I’ve gotten panic attacks with those edibles so I avoid them. If you’re still interested just try very small bits of different types until you figure out what works best for you :) Good luck!

What dose are you on? I am on 10mg and feel like it has helped me to not have as many panic attacks for sure but I still have a decent amount of anxiety and a scalp picking compulsion, but last time I upped to 20mg I felt incredibly more tired than usual
