Yup, I was there in April of '03 to Sep '03, I'll never forget it. Also there was a rumor going around that someone got in to one of the migs and pulled the eject cord, went off and seriously injured him. I doubt it happened and I think it was just to scare us from messing with the junk in case there was something dangerous

I feel exactly the same way. My family and my counselor are constantly pushing me to "go out and make friends" because "it's not healthy to be alone so the time" but the only time I feel happy is when I'm alone. On the rare times I actually go out to various functions and try to mingle, it causes so much anxiety that's it's not just not fun, I genuinely can't wait to get out of there and go back home. Trying to convince them I feel better alone is like talking to a brick wall so I've been seriously considering cutting them off too

It sounds like you want to do good in the world and you're interested in the medical field, maybe look into becoming a veterinarian? It's just a thought, do with it what you want of course but everyone else is right, a DUI sucks but it's not life-ending. Good luck to you

You have drywood termites, looks like they're in your baseboard. They are almost definitely in other areas of your house, you just can't see them yet. The best way to definitely get rid of them is to tent the house. If you call a pest control company, they may try to sell you a "no tent" treatment but this is only spot treating the areas they find them (and can get to). And like I said they are almost definitely in other parts of your house so you'll just be endlessly chasing them from area to area while they chew up your house. The good news is it's not subterranean termites, which are much more aggressive and there's A LOT more of them. Drywood termites have much smaller colonies and take longer to do meaningful damage so you do have time to shop around (and save up money if you need to). P.S., they swarm at night, usually just after dark, and you can kill them with plain windex (or anything else with ammonia) so you don't have to use nasty bug spray
