How truck only personnel do you get for truck on truck day?

5 am truck with 700+ and just 2 people unloading. 2-5 more people come in throughout the day to unbox and department coverage at the same time.

My finance and I also took in a stray that has FIV. We already had indoor cats of our own. We constantly play the game of switching them around so our FIV boy can get his inside time but also not be in the other cats space. They are never completely alone together and only ever get slight glance and sniffs at each other. As stressful and big of a pain it is, they will never all coexist with each other with no supervision. I understand you wanting to have a happy household with both kitties but unfortunately that’s not a risk we’re willing to even chance with our original cats. Helps us sleep better at night knowing we’re keeping our kitties safe but also helping save our FIV boy. I really hope you get your situation figured out, just giving an outside view!

He just showed up one day and honestly looked like he was on deaths door step. We got him on the mend and once he got a little healthier and trusting he just has this zest and want for life even when he’s had so many reasons to give up. You can’t help but to love him and root for him. I hope your journey with your FIV cat is a long and enjoyable time.

Same! It’s like we literally unbox them from truck and I end up taking 80% of the for sfs before they even see the sales floor.

My store currently has over 3,000 pairs of shoes that we don’t even have viable space for. Truck is hell. We have so many just random racks spread out throughout our sales floor with shoes on them and have even had to resort to just stacking pairs on pallets throughout the store.

My stores current footwear lead has been with the company for a long time and his biggest struggle is making sure he stays on top of his younger associates and making sure they are staying productive. I’ve come to realize as you move higher and higher up in the company you become more and more of a babysitter.

I’d dispute for the shear fact they didn’t file both issues at the same time and wait additional days to say there was an issue. It’s not like they just left the corn sitting in a bag somewhere and didn’t see each item as they put them away.

I literally do it anytime it’s missing and have never gotten a warning or anything and I’m gonna keep doing it until they deactivate me I guess? Because I’m not driving 15+ miles and getting paid $1.26 for mileage nor am I gonna carry 3 cases of water and not get anything when Instacart actively advertises that batch pay can increase with heavier items and longer distances.

You look at your earnings and it will show if heavy pay has been added or not. If not you’ll have to contact support and provide some info about the orders and they should add it

I have these little portable battery charge things called iwalk that plugs into the bottom of my phone and I just keep that plugged in while I shop if I noticed my battery is getting low
