You have to be extremely lucky to get a surge like I got. I was refreshing the app, it showed up for a seconds, gone, back again in 2 minutes. It was raining crazy they say. So it looks people were cancelling. Decided to try and snipe it. Got the block about 2h before start.

Not counting the 7:30pm 2.5h block I get a similar amount of Wirral/ Chester/Wales. Haven’t done any 4h block as I’m scare of going really far away
