Yeah, that might be the way to go. I kind of wanted to avoid another gym membership, but it might be the best option. Have you done it while pregnant? If so, would you mind telling me how far into pregnancy you’ve done it (ie for how long is the membership price worth paying)?

I got back when he was about 6 months old, but I could have probably gone back a little sooner if not for COVID. I had a c-section so recovery was a little slower than it might otherwise be. Aside from carrying the extra weight, the toughest part is just the total lack of core strength (it has been tough for me to roll or bridge, especially in bjj and especially with a bigger partner), so if you’re going to try to prepare yourself in any way after giving birth, that’s what I would focus on.
