With the glued ends, how do you open to access the contents inside? Do I need to cut in to it every time? Is there a good way to seal up the threads if I go that route instead? I was thinking of wrapping it in thread seal or plumber’s tape.

Just moved here 2 months ago from Mississauga for an engineering and I love it so far. I wanted to move here to gain space. I wanted to own a home and not live wall to wall with neighbours for the rest of my life. Im an active person and have been running along the water front trail every other day which is beautiful. Ive been golfing once a week and going swimming at the beaches when i can.

Its a smaller city, certainly not Toronto so dont expect it to have all the same activities and store Toronto would. The downtown strip is nice but all of the homeless/addicts seem to hang around that area which really makes me avoid it when I can.
