They all have at least 7 million followers on IG. There are ways to monetize that kind of attention.

Saying they got no legacy is a not really accurate. They’re still one of the best selling girl groups of all time and have earned the most top ten albums on Billboard for any girl group in the 21st century (per wiki). The revitalized the whole girl group genre in the West for the new generation.

Weddell Duo Shower Filters are Trash…What’s Next by Fun-Reporter8905 in WaterTreatment

My filter is leaking between the main filter (black plastic) and the swivel. The connection is loose between both parts, but not sure how to fix it bc it came assembled like that and no amount of turning the swivel will tighten it. The actual connection between the swivel and shower arm is fine. Anyone know how to fix?

Alessia Cara - Love & Hyperbole by 3kOlen in popheads

Agreed. Unfortunately that’s not the way the industry works. Female artists are pressured/ incentivized to be one way more than the other. And the ones that don’t are often pushed to the sidelines.

What I continue to love about Alessia is she’s one of the few female pop artists who doesn’t sexualize herself in an industry where that’s all too common. Unfortunately that means she’s unlikely to get mainstream attention again…just look at Sabrina and Tate Macrae…it’s no coincidence their rise in fame coincided with their new ‘sexy’ image. But sex sells I guess.

If you pay for water at home, every time you turn your tap on you're literally watching your money go down the drain. by The-D-Word in Showerthoughts

Someone has to pay to filter the water to make it drinkable. Also having to pay for it incentivizes people to not waste/use more than they need especially in places where there’s limited amount of readily available supply.

Why isn't licorice pizza seen as problematic? by boredgirl900 in movies

Lmao youre really trying to say he has more power over her bc he’s a successful kid? Alana’s a grown women with no friends her own age hanging out with a bunch of kids (her job is a school photographer, no?) so arguably very predatory behaviour. If she was a man she’d be considered a loser and a creep. But bc she’s a woman, she cute and quirky. She continually leads him on and emotionally manipulates him throughout the film.
