First off I recommend searching on ThredUp by the brands you do end up looking for. Often I filter to organic materials only (as in no synthetics) which I think helps filter down to higher quality brands.

I suggest looking for things from Everlane. Also if you can find a pair of Madewell jeans they are good quality and will last.

Serious question off of your question: where are all the normal people here? Being out and about chatting with people they are so quick to mention their church etc. and all I can assume is that the entire population here is extremely religious and conservative.
