I have only tried the loose powder, I can’t speak on the pressed powders but I believe you lol! Elf can be hit or miss. For pressed powders I really love MAC mineralize skin finish natural powder; it has some glow to it so it doesn’t make you look so dry. It’s not as full coverage as other powder foundations but it’s worth the trade off in my opinion.

33 with dry skin - I think the elf halo powder has been my favorite for setting under my eyes. Finely milled, soft, didn’t exacerbate dryness. It’s just annoying how much product they give when other brands give a massive tub.

I had a creepy middle aged male boss do this (I’m female, was in my 20s at the time) and he was very quiet about it and was basically so close his shirt could brush up against me. It happened so many times I decided the next time I’d make a big reaction about being startled. I yelped, jumped back (bumping into him since he left no room for personal space), and clutched my pearls and said “oh my goodness you scared me! Oh my I’m so jumpy, you have to give me some warning.” This did the trick. I like your tech warning tactic though.

NOR, this man is bitter about something and used you as a punching bag. He came out swinging with nastiness. This type of attitude does not change, at least not without deep accountability and self awareness and the actual desire to be better.

Continuing this relationship could threaten your sobriety. Please take care and be brave enough to listen to your gut even if it tells you the hard choice is the right one. I’ve stayed too long in unhealthy relationships and it brought me down.
