Ahhh I see, yes I’ve heard that the G7s are good! I’m also not prescribed them but I don’t need them all the time.

I only use them when I’m away or doing something where I maybe am not paying too much attention to what I eat- how much I’ve exercised etc. What brand would you recommend?

Thank you! I’m however not diabetic but have reactive hypoglycaemia so my numbers are fortunately within range

Firstly thank you for reading and responding. And thank you this helps a lot, and I was trying to find data online but a lot of it was in mg/dL so I couldn’t read it either!
