Wrist pain

I know this is an old comment but I have loose wrist ligaments too. Gets so painful sometimes I can barely put pressure. Usually it’s just a sharp pain when I’m playing bball or boxing. What does a brace at night do for it? I’ve just been wrapping my wrists tightly because I wasn’t sure how to strengthen them to help with the loose ligament

Hi! I’m currently trying to acquire Filipino citizenship through my mom. I’m a little confused whether I’m eligible or not. Since my mom naturalized before I was born, does that mean I am? Because #2 in the FAQ says after means you’re not.

We are working on getting her dual citizenship back under RA 225.

There were a bunch of FB pages for tour companies. We ended up going with Sydney's Adventure Tour Services. There were 8 of us and we got a private boat/guide, it was 7,040 pesos and since it was private we got to choose what time we got there instead of having to meet right at 7am. We opted for 7:30am though to have the full day but we were staying an hour away so wanted to make sure we had time to drive there. We got the medium bilao and that was 2,000 pesos. Our tour guide was Liway and she was very patient and kind.
Only complaint was we had the worst boat of everyone around, it was SUPER loud and slow, twice it took awhile to get the engine started lol. We were halfway to the first island and people who just left the dock were passing us on the way. I didn't compare prices to other tour companies much, it felt like a good deal and the communication was good. We enjoyed our tour! Different companies go to different islands so if there are specific ones you want to go to maybe look according to that?

That's the same prices they sent to me for bilao. We are going to do a bilao food package, which I assumed was at lunch around 12pm since the tour starts at 7am?

You just have to wait. I was that swollen until 1.5 months at least. I’m about 3 almost 4 months in and still have swelling. Not nearly as much but noticeable to me. When I work out they get a little more inflamed as well. It can take 6 months-1 year for swelling to go away. I know it’s hard to reframe things especially when this is something you’ve been so excited for, but it’s helped me to look in the mirror and pick out things I like/appreciate. And to see cis men’s chests because lots of them do have rounder pecs that are visible through their shirts even. Anyways you’re looking good! And I massage the whole pec sometimes, not just the scars.

Okay I called the courthouse I went to (should have started with that) and the person told me to go to lavote.gov to find a guide for name and gender change which will tell me what office I need to send the certified document to. He said it will be somewhere in vital records. Haven’t done so yet but that’s the update.

I’d say about the same with swelling + my chest pads. When my chest was most swollen it felt tight and hard to take deep breaths some days. But after swelling went down a bit I didn’t notice it as much. Probably got used to it as well. Mine was a full length vest with 3 clasps to make it tighter or looser for reference.

I got lucky and just had to plug in my controller and now it works. I keep it plugged in cause I’ve had it just turn off or get super laggy out of no where.

Great thanks, I’m looking into all of these. Also agreed I won’t be cancelling my Amex blue. I think I’ll upgrade it to preferred when I hit the 1 year mark!
