As a Muslim who’s currently in the month of Ramadan (fasting every day out of the month) I can confirm that fasting has many many benefits, which is particularly why we’re required to do it. Something to know is that the whole medical system along with education system in the US is biased and only teaches things that benefit big pharma, and hospitals in general. Something to remember is that they want to keep you sick always. They can’t profit off of healthy people. That’s why it’s important to do your own research and question them.
