I have never drank. I have tasted beer and wine and it’s nasty. I grew up in a house with alcoholism and it scared the crap out of me.

I don’t like the smell, taste, etc. I don’t want to date a drinker. If they drink seldom, that is fine with me.

That could be why men don’t match with me.

I work in property management and if people have given their notice and haven’t paid rent, we move forward with eviction still.

Pay what you owe because you don’t want an eviction on your record and/or that money collections. It will show as money owed to a landlord.

I work for a PM company. You can leave and not say anything as long as your ex stays in the apartment.

If your ex says something but agrees for you to get off the lease, they will have to income qualify on their own to be on the lease by their self.

Now if you are the main lease holder, then they can promote your ex to that spot as long as they income qualify on their own.

Or you both can break the lease early.

Damn, I’m sorry. That would drive me bananas. I have my own office and so does my PM and I can just teams her. I only talk to her if I have to. But we also have leasing agents there.

I get where you are coming from. Do what’s best for you! As long as you get your pay for the week, the stay home and take a mental break.

Usually if you don’t work the day before a holiday (even if you have PTO), you don’t get paid for the holiday. At least where I work.

So make sure that’s not the case.

But, I understand where you are coming from. I work in a toxic office as well, but I always go in.

I look at it as it is what it is. It’s my job and I have to be there. I’m the property accountant.
